What is the estimated delivery time?

We make all the efforts to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days. Customers receive the order within 2-7 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We cannot guarantee the time of delivery, since there are some factors that will affect delivery time such as Weather conditions, traffic, the distance between delivery locations, etc. If we find the delivery is delayed we will inform you as soon as possible and follow up on WhatsApp and email. Groovy Fragrances is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company. 

What is the range of locations to which Groovy Fragrances ships their products?

Groovy Fragrances ships throughout India! We ship orders by multiple courier partners like DTDC,Blue Dart Express, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Amazon shipping etc. Products will be delivered as per the Pincode address mentioned at the time of registration and provided mobile number. However, we are not liable for any wrong address mentioned at the time of registration.

How can I track order?

You will receive an WhatsApp/SMS update and email with the courier name and the tracking number to the registered mail address once the product got shipped. How are items packaged?

We package our products in boxes/Plastic Packets, which are covered in a bubble wrap. Fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional layers.
