Return & Refund Policy

Groovy Fragrances makes every possible way to provide the best service and products. However due to some unavoidable circumstances you may cancel your order. 

Below is the Cancellation Policy:-

  1. Cancellation will be considered with a valid reason and refund will be subjected to certain conditions.
  2. Cancellation will be considered for a given period of time.

Cancellation:

  1. If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on support@groovyfragrances.in or call/WhatsApp us on +91-7385869798. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
  2. We cannot cancel orders after products get shipped.

Note: Order Cancellation after an order is dispatched, We reduce both ways of delivery charge while refunding the amount. Also, we have the authority to cancel any order which is price mistaken or out of stock.

 

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • For Online Payment, the refund will be processed to the same account/Gpay number within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back.
  • For Cash on Delivery Transaction, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 

Return is accepted for the below condition only

  1. You received a faulty or defective product (like a damaged or leaked product)
  2. If the product delivered by us does not appear to be the exact quantity (size).
  3. You received a product that is different from what you ordered
  4. You received an altogether different product that actually appeared on the website.

 

Note:- For a Damaged or stolen product you must provide us the unboxing video of the shipment for your query to be entertained by our customer care, else NO complaint would be entertained. 

 

Conditions for returning products

  • The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc.
  • Products must be in their original form and should not be misused/overuse.
  • Returned with original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
  • We do not have a pick-up facility for returns and exchange as per govt. guidelines for all products; customer will have to send us the package for return or exchange.

 

How do I return an item purchased on Groovy Fragrances?

Groovy offers an return policy to selected products, wherein you can raise a return request of a product within 3 days of its delivery. After 3 days of delivery no return request is accepted. However at times due to some unavoidable circumstances, you may return your order, So you have to send your order by any courier trackable shipping service on below address,

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Refunds (If any)

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our customer support, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited to your bank account/Gpay number within 3days,

 

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
